Our Beginnings

The Six.
In the beginning, there were SIX. Six devout and passionate women whose paths aligned through the plans of the Father. Every transformation starts from gestation, and our beginnings are no different. Woman Transformed Ministries was founded by God and co-founded by the original six women, God used it as the catalyst to lead and be the light to other women as they begin their own personal transformations.
Every Transformed woman will go from living a worldly life to living her best life agreeing with God’s plan. A life of hope, and a future of peace, tranquility, joy, and strength.
Gina A. McDaniel
Executive Director/Co-Founder (Founder is God)
Specialties: RN-BSN; Master’s Degree in Theology, Certified in Holistic Nursing Care, Certified Life Coach, RN Patient Advocate, Certified in Oncology Nursing, Certified in Gerontology Nursing
On October 5, 2012, Gina A. McDaniel accepted her divine calling to preach. She spent several years under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Walter Malone, Jr. at Canaan Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky. Gina remained a faithful member of Canaan for 14 years until she felt led by God to relocate to Florida in February 2016. Until September of 2023, she served as an Elder at Believers Church in Tampa, Florida, under the guidance of Pastor Del Dickerson.
In April 2016, God gave Gina a vision to establish Women Transformed Ministries. The purpose of this ministry is to uplift, strengthen, and empower women to fulfill their divine purpose. Through obedience to this vision, Gina has witnessed remarkable transformations: minds renewed, chains broken, ungodly soul ties severed, and women committing to intentional living. Deep, lasting connections have formed through prayer and fasting as women intercede on behalf of one another.
In her professional life, Gina served as a nurse manager at a Cancer Center, where she demonstrated the love of Christ through compassionate care. She is currently the Nurse Navigator at a Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, continuing her ministry through healthcare. Her career reflects both clinical excellence and spiritual service, extending into international mission trips to Africa, Ecuador, and Israel, where she has provided physical and spiritual care.
Gina’s life is marked by generosity, wisdom, love, and a deep delight in fulfilling God’s desires. She is known for her child-like faith, contagious worship, and unwavering trust in God. Every part of her walk radiates her desire to glorify God through service, forgiveness, and truth.
She is the proud mother of two adult children: Christian Wells, who transitioned to Glory in November 2022; Eugena Wells, and the beloved grandmother of six grandchildren.
Gina is joyfully engaged to marry Charles Johnson Jr. in August 2025, stepping into a new season of love and covenant.
Her family legacy is rooted in a spiritual upbringing shaped by her mother’s discipline and her grandmother’s Christ-like example. That foundation continues to guide her ministry and purpose.
In December 2023, Gina was appointed as the Pastor of World Transformed Ministries Church, further affirming her commitment to God’s vision.
She summarizes her purpose with the following declarations:
“Since God has chosen me to be holy and has shown me His love, I must clothe myself with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. I will extend grace to others as Christ does and forgive those who offend me quickly and without malice. Just as the Lord forgave me, I must also forgive others.”
“Above all, I will clothe myself in God's love, which unites us in perfect harmony. The peace that comes from Christ will reign in my heart. As a member of the body of Christ, I am called to live in peace and gratitude. I strive to let the message of Christ, in all its richness, fill my life. I teach and counsel others with the wisdom that God provides. With a grateful heart, I sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God. And in everything I do or say, I represent the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
“My ultimate purpose is to follow God's vision and complete the work He has assigned me. When my journey on earth comes to an end, I will declare, according to John 17:4, that I have finished the work God entrusted to me. I will have performed it well and with gladness in my heart.”

Sha’Rhonda D. Thompson
VICE PRESIDENT
Sha’Rhonda became part of Women Transformed Ministries during the 3rd Annual Conference in 2019, themed “Living an Intentional Life Unto God.” In July 2023, she was appointed to the Board and continues to serve faithfully as a vessel of spiritual and generational transformation.
She is joyfully married to Joseph Thompson III, and this August they will celebrate 14 years of marriage, walking together in love, unity, and divine purpose. They stand as one in a beautifully blended family of 8 children and 17 grandchildren (the oldest nearing 15 years, and the youngest being a fresh 2 months old weighing in at 13lbs), who lovingly call her MiMi, and they are also doggie parents to 8 month old AngelGrace, they are a family that continues to grow in grace and unity, but most importantly in unconditional love and the extending of “Grace FOR Grace”: receiving grace from God not just for themselves, but FOR the privilege/opportunity to pour that same grace into others — beginning in their home and flowing outward.
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Sha’Rhonda currently serves as the Executive Director and Mental Wellness Nurse of Sowing the Seeds of Freedom Center, Inc., a 501c3 faith-based nonprofit that God implanted as a Center of Refuge. This is not just a ministry she leads — it is one she lives, with her family walking beside her in building this work of healing, restoration, and redemptive rebuilding.
She is also the visionary CEO and Community Support Coach of STS Enterprise Group, LLC, a purpose-driven mental wellness agency equipping felons, justice-involved individuals, and those navigating emotional and behavioral barriers with tools for restoration, freedom, and generational healing. Alongside her daughter-in-love Dorionne Smith, she developed and co-leads the “CelebratING Freedom: Breaking the Cycles. Rebuilding their Lives. Reclaiming their Identity”, a Spiritual Wellness Program, which is redemptive journey designed to restore identity, rebuild lives, and realign individuals with the oil of their assignment.
Through both organizations, Sha’Rhonda pours from a leadership mantle rooted in advocacy, faith, and transformational care for those often overlooked. As someone who has triumphed in spite of felony convictions, she has overcome the stigma of what society says you cannot do. Her life is a living testimony of God’s redemptive power, redeemed, rebuilt, and repurposed to help others rise and pour their oil.
Licensed as a minister in 2001 and ordained in 2007, Sha’Rhonda has held various leadership positions across several ministries. She was ordained as Associate Pastor at Praise N8tion under Pastor Mario Martin in 2020, where she served during a pivotal season of spiritual maturity and growth. She later served at Believers Church Tampa under the covering of Pastor Del Dickerson, where her oil continued to flow.
Today, she pours under the direction of Pastor Gina A. McDaniel at World Transformed Ministries Church, where she is trusted to teach and disciple as part of the ministry’s spiritual architecture. At Sowing the Seeds of Freedom Center, she actively shepherds a community of faith, healing, and deliverance, helping others discover the oil within their own alabaster box, not only to be healed, but to pour.
Sha’Rhonda is a published author, releasing her debut book “Breaking the Circle Cycle of Generational Curses: Forgiveness from Within the Alabaster Box”, along with a companion workbook journal. She is currently completing the second installment in the series, “The Breaking of the Alabaster Box – Your Pour Matters,” which further invites readers into a transformative journey of forgiveness, restoration, and consecrated purpose.
Her life and ministry are anchored in two guiding scriptures:
John 4:36–37 (KJV) - “And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.”
Psalm 54:4 (KJV) - “Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.”
Through every platform — whether in ministry, mental wellness, leadership, or authorship — Sha’Rhonda remains committed to pouring out oil that heals, breaks cycles, and releases others into freedom... always sustained by the God who called her.
